All servers are hosted in our own data centres in France — not in a French region of an American cloud.
Applicable law
SdV operates under French and European law only. Your data is not subject to the Cloud Act, which allows US authorities to access data held by any company subject to US law, even when it is hosted outside the United States.

SdV is a French company, not the local subsidiary of a foreign group.

The Stretched Cluster architecture is designed so that services fail over automatically to another site in the event of an incident, without service disruption. The recovery objectives that apply to your contract are set out in the service agreement.
